Terms and Conditions
- The ticket entitles the bearer (“the Ticketholder”) to one general admission to the event listed on the ticket (“the Event”)being run by the Arrowtown Promotion and Business Association Incorporated (together with itsofficers, agents, andcontractors) (“the APBA”).
- These terms and conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at the Event. These terms and conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders ("you").
- Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Event and variations
- Time of admission to the Event and start and end times for the Event are as stated on the ticket or as otherwise advised by APBA.
- The Event is an all-weather event. The Event will take place rain, hail or shine, unless determined by APBA due to health and safety reasons.
- The advertised events, stalls and attractions forming part of the Event are subject to change by the APBA at any
Conditions of entry
- The person purchasing the ticket and attending the Event must be 18 years of age or
- No alcohol, dangerous or illegal substances may be brought to the Event and the Ticketholder must behave in a lawful andappropriate manner at all The APBA reserves the right to refuse the Ticketholder admission or to require any Ticketholderto leave the Event and no refunds will be given in this event.
- It may be a condition of admission to the Event that a search of the Ticketholder and/or their possessions is required and theTicketholder may be required to produce identification on admission to the
- Ticketholders may bring lightweight handheld audio, video, or electronic recording devices to the Event, but such devices may only be used for the purpose for making recordings for reasonable private use.
Postponement or cancellation
- The APBA reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any Should the Event be postponed, cancelled or terminated, APBA will inform the Ticketholder via their nominated email address.
Refunds and non-refundable administration fee
- No refunds or exchanges for postponement or cancellation of the Event will be given except as required by law or as determined by APBA in its sole discretion.
- If a refund is made the APBA may, to the extent permitted by law, retain or deduct the non-refundable administration fee of $25 (“Non-refundable Admin Fee”) that has been charged to you at the time of purchasing the Ticket (this is to cover processing and all non-refundable charges payable by APBA as part of organizing the Event). By purchasing the Ticket you authorise APBA to retain or deduct the Non-refundable Admin Fee in the event the Event is cancelled for any reason.
- The APBA will not refund any Ticket where the Event is postponed to the new advertised date and the Ticketholder is unable to attend. APBA is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the postponement or cancellation of the Event.
- The APBA will not be liable to the Ticketholder for any failure to perform its obligations under these Ticketing Terms and Conditions or hold the Event to the extent caused by a Force Majeure event (being an event that is beyond the reasonable control of the APBA), provided that the APBA shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Ticketholder of the Force Majeure event and use its reasonable endeavours to overcome the Force Majeure event.
No resale of tickets
- The ticket is not transferable and tickets may not be resold or offered for resale or used in connection with any advertising orpromotion or commercial purpose which is not approved by the Tickets used in breach of these terms and conditions maybe cancelled and admission to the Event refused.
Additional Ticket Agency Terms and Conditions
- The ticket is also subject to the terms and conditions of any ticket service used to purchase the ticket, however in the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the other ticket service terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.
