❗️Bearer, in order to gain entry into the Venue, hereby AFFIRMATIVELY, KNOWINGLY, INTELLIGENTLY AND VOLUNTARILY CONSENTS TO BE SEARCHED by Event Organizer for the presence of illegal or illicit drugs, weapons, and/or other prohibited items prior to or during Bearer’s presence at the Event or Venue.
❗️Event Organizer maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY regarding illegal or illicit drug use and other unlawful or other wrongful misconduct, any violent situation at and around the Event, and Venue. 
❗️Event Organizer SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, LEGALLY, FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE, for any exposure to or infection with COVID-19 or any other disease that may cause personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death.
❗️There are NO REFUNDS for tickets regardless of the reasons, including but not limited to: not being the age limit of the party, having reserved a VIP table after buying a ticket, health issues such as COVID-19 or any other disease.
