I don't see a 'Download' button next to my ticket.

The majority of events will have a 'Download' button next to the order under the My Tickets section of your Ticket Fairy account. Some events, will not have this option and the ticket arrangement will most commonly be for either Will Call pick up on the day of the event, or in the form of a separate e-ticket to be sent out by the venue closer to the event date. In either case, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase, which will have a section showing the check-in information on how your tickets will be delivered to you.
