Some events have additional options available for purchase once you have selected your ticket type. These can be anything from camping passes, bus passes, car parking, VIP upgrades, merchandise bundles and a whole other range of things made available by the event organiser for that particular event.
Add-ons and upgrades are optional and never automatically added to purchases. Add-ons & upgrades, if available are displayed on the second screen, after you have selected your desired ticket(s). Please ensure you select the correct type and number required. Do not select an add-on or upgrade from the drop-down menu if you do not require one - we have had a few people selecting these in error, in their excitement to purchase tickets! Most events have a no refund policy and all sales are final, so please ensure you review the Order Review section on the final screen before hitting 'Submit Payment.'
