I didn't receive my tickets by email

Order Confirmation emails are automatically generated and sent out immediately after purchase. If you didn't receive yours, it's possible your junk mail filter had something to do with it.

What can I do?

Head to our site, as everyone that buys from us has an account auto-created for them at the time of purchase, acting as a repository for any/all tickets bought with us. So, to (re)download your tickets, simply log in to your Ticket Fairy account and find your orders in My Tickets. Once you've located your order, click 'Download' next to the ticket you want to download. Please note, the 'Download' button will not show for all events. See here for more information. NB: Typing in an email address incorrectly when buying a ticket is another common reason for passwords not resetting, inability to log in, and not having received tickets in the first place; we may need more info from you about your purchase if the above instructions don’t yield a positive outcome.
