Can I "unpackage" my complimentary tickets?

Your eligible tickets must be accepted as a total package, we are not able to offer fewer complimentary tickets (EG: If you previously purchased 6 GA tickers + 2 car passes, you can accept 6 today and will be automatically issued the 2 car passes soon. You are not able to select 5 tickets + 2 car passes, for example).
