In the majority of cases, this is because you purchased your ticket using Facebook login. Our servers never 'see' your password therefore, so if you still don't remember it despite it being a p/w for another site, you'd need to reset it over there. 🙂 But be sure to try logging in both via Facebook login AND the 'regular' way (email address and password) before writing in to report an issue, please.
The password reset does nothing/login details are 'invalid' or 'already in use'?!
