Are you attempting access via Facebook login? Or perhaps you’re not, but should be? Tickets not showing up after successfully logging in is exactly what happens when the 'wrong' login method is used, so to speak — so whichever one you've tried thus far, please now do the opposite and advise us of your findings if neither prove successful.
Another suggestion is that if, after purchasing your ticket, you've allowed a friend/family member etc to purchase a ticket on the same phone/computer you did, your account details may well have been overwritten on our system by these 'updated' details if you were still logged in at the time. We'll let you know if that ends up being the case once you get in touch, and will of course get it sorted for you if need be!
