I’ve purchased a ticket from someone else, is this ok?

If you have purchased a ticket from any other source, your ticket may not be valid. If you think you have been sold a fake ticket please email us at  [e-mail] with all of the following:

Purchasing any other way is not guaranteed nor recommended. The only way to ensure someone is selling you a legitimate ticket, is by receiving an email from Ticket Fairy inviting you to buy their ticket - This will take you to the official website and you'll purchase a brand new ticket and QR code.
