Please ensure you purchase tickets under the correct account and name. You can purchase tickets on behalf of someone else, but to mitigate scalping we will check names match. If you have multiple tickets in your name, just email support@ticketfairy.com with your order ID and the names you wish to update your tickets too. Name changes and ticket transfers will need to be performed via the Ticket Fairy resale system (LINK: https://theticketfairy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023059314-What-is-the-Resale-System-) (a fee will apply).
